RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid (This role is not eligible for sponsorship)

*Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site in Newark, OH and Thursday & Friday remote work option.

  • Provides support to information technology teams to ensure a sustainable end-to-end control environment, identifying and escalating issues with a sense of urgency, and partnering with leaders to ensure issues are remediated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection and escalation, root cause analysis, and assessment of change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate necessary risk assessment activities and document outcomes.
  • Advise leaders on the risk impacts of product, process, or regulatory changes.
  • Administer governance forum(s) for the line of business.
  • Ensure that controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) and develop ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Assist with development of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentations through participation in end-to-end process walkthroughs and deep dives with assigned teams.
  • Coordinate with other lines of business and internal stakeholders for testing and program management activities.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Tech, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, preferred
  • ITIL, CISSP, CERP, CISA, CIA license preferred
  • 4+ yrs financial services industry with a background in risk management, compliance, internal audit, controls management or quality control/assurance preferred.
  • 4+ yrs Info Tech experience.


SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This a full time, salary exempt role, with a hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in either Central Ohio. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
