Job Summary: Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Retail Americas Brand Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure consistent brand representation across the Americas travel retail channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury brand management, travel retail experience, and a deep understanding of the fragrances market. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to drive brand growth in the travel retail market. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Sales & Business Development: Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets for the travel retail channel. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the travel retail sector. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all travel retail locations in the Americas. Manage the creation and implementation of brand activation initiatives, including product launches, promotional events, and merchandising activities. Oversee the development of marketing materials and visual merchandising standards. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel retail partners, including airports and duty-free operators. Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related activities within the travel retail channel. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the travel retail channel. Ensure all marketing activities are executed within budget and provide regular financial updates and forecasts. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury goods or fragrances industry. Proven experience in the travel retail sector is highly desirable. Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Willingness to travel as needed within the Americas region. Spanish and English languages required. Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies.
