Automotive Sales ManagerModern Infiniti of Greensboro is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team at our Greensboro dealership. The Sales Manager will successfully run a highly productive and efficient Sales Team.Responsibilities:Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.Direct sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.Displays, merchandise, and promotes new and used vehicles.Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.Maintains a professional appearance.Attending manager's meetings as requested.Requirements:Outstanding leadership skills which focus on treating employees with respect while helping them achieve their maximum potential.Unwavering commitment to ethical business practices.Strong management skills with a stable work history.This is a high-energy positionMinimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience.CDK and V-Auto experience a plus.Since our founding in 1933, Modern Automotive Network has been distinguished from its competitors by setting trends with innovative facilities, diversity of brands, and providing world-class customer service.
