We wish to extend a warm welcome to all candidates interested in making a difference in healthcare delivery by joining the Theoria team Theoria's Recruitment Department is seeking a highly motivated healthcare recruiting professional to join the team as a Recruiter. Theoria's recruitment department is fast paced, and has a critical role in Theoria's operations; as a result, we are looking for a talented Recruiter to facilitate Theoria's recruitment efforts and effectively staff hard to fill roles. Shift Structure Typical work hours are 8a-5p EST Monday-Friday Full-Time Remote Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt Compensation and Benefits $60K annually PTO Holiday Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy 401k with employer match Short term and Long term disability insurance Essential Functions & Responsibilities The Recruiter is responsible for supporting Theoria Medical's recruitment process sourcing and interviewing candidates.. The Recruiter supports Theoria's corporate recruiter team by assisting with closing interested candidates and facilitating the recruitment process. Recruitment of medical professionals, predominantly Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners Manage job postings across multiple job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other commonly used job boards Employing novel sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates Developing candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions Managing active candidates and facilitating the recruitment process Developing a pool of passive candidates to fill requisitions Managing a panel of requisitions and filling open jobs in a reasonable timeframe Contacting applicants for preliminary screening via phone, email, and other methods Scheduling candidate interviews and schedule coordination of hiring managers Coordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needs Other duties as assigned by leadership Must be able to utilize, with minimal assistance, online platforms for document/data management such as: Monday.com, Slack, the Google Suite, excel, MS Office products, github, internal web-based intranet and other web-products, and HRIS systems. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move at 20 lbs. Continuous operation of app-based programs (monday.com, google suite of docs) and other web or technology-based programs and applications. Timely, regular attendance required Effectively communicate with Company clients, partners, vendors, and colleagues. Must be able to spend extended periods of time in front of a computer screen and utilize a personal computer. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Healthcare recruitment experience required Strong computer skills including management of applicant tracking systems, Google Suite tools, and other software applications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people Exceptional written and oral communication skills
