Busperson, Genting Palace

Overview:

Summary Statement:

The Busperson is an integral support to both front of the house and back of the house, ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience. The Busperson will assist the team by ensuring that every guests needs, and special requests is met.

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

• Maintain service stations and perform assigned side work duties before, during and after shift.
• Restock the dining room and side stations with cutlery, condiments and linen
• Assist your neighboring team member with service.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
• At least one year of previous Busperson experience in a similar or related field.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• At least 21 years of age.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain the following:
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handling Card
