Overview:

The Compliance Generalists primary responsibilities are to centralize the completion of leadership activities
that affect the compliance of multiple programs in a service line. This position may act as a proxy for
Principals, Program Directors, or other similar leadership positions in the eyes of licensing bodies. The
Compliance Generalist may, when assigned, supervise Specialists and/or other employees.

Min:
USD $58,000.00/Yr.

Max:
USD $70,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
May coordinate the statewide Administrative Review Committee.
Liaison with Human Resources to ensure communication of regulatory changes regarding
background checks and licensure; may complete licensure tasks for one or more program leaders.
Complete all required annual communication to parents, families, local education agencies, or other
relevant stakeholders.
When regulations or practices change, works with organizational improvement and senior state
leadership to update policies, guidelines, forms, and consents.
Develop tools for evaluating compliance in student, client and/or family records that mirrors state
contract monitoring.
Train and support program assistants and/or administrative coordinators in the functions of their jobs
related to compliance.
Implement and maintain a quarterly review cycle for student, client and/or family records.
Implement and maintain a review cycle for qualitative program services and practices.
Prepare and monitor, in partnership with the program staff, corrective action plans developed
internally and externally.
Perform program audits as assigned and assist programs with pre-audit preparations.
May assist on special projects connected to staffing, compliance, budgeting, and professional
development.
Acquire knowledge of all programs supported by Arrow Child & Family Ministries including an
understanding of the culture, values, principles, and practices.
Communicate and report the organizations performance outcomes, indicators and target goals.
Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory
agency standards.
May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete
company vehicle training.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required and at least 3 years in child welfare, human services, or special education
administration is preferred.
