What You'll Do

Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region. Responsibilities also include performing the following:

Overseeing projects. Performing technical report reviews. Preparing and reviewing proposals. Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions. Leading and coaching junior staff members. Performing responsibilities at the regional level. Mentoring Facilities Associate Principals. Participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).

What We're Looking For

For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable. Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title. 12+ years of relevant professional related experience Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
