Assist clients with non-financial updates, demonstrating a proactive and helpful approach. Maintain detailed notes and documentation regarding all client interactions for reference purposes. Process daily business transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate client data. Contribute to special marketing projects aimed at enhancing the firm's visibility and client engagement. Assist with general office maintenance to create a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial paperwork accurately. Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools, including CRM systems. Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry compliance regulations and a commitment to adhering to them. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately.

Office Hours:

Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary:

This is a full-time position, paying $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and FINRA licenses.
