- Clean warehouse, offices, and restrooms using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners.
- Empty and clean trash cans daily in all areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in break rooms and work areas.
- Wax and buff office and restroom floors as needed.
- Move and adjust office and break room furniture as necessary.
- Ensure high standards of sanitation and housekeeping are consistently met.
- Monitor and maintain pest control systems.
- Operate various cleaning equipment, including sit-down and walk-behind scrubbers, and utilize a compactor.
- Remove ice and snow from walkways to ensure safe pedestrian access.
- Keep company grounds free of litter and debris.
- Report any safety concerns to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and operate power-cleaning equipment.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, crawl, bend, twist, and kneel for up to 12 hours.
- Capability to navigate through narrow and confined spaces.
- Work on sloping, uneven, and slippery surfaces.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat, cold, and damp conditions.
- Possible exposure to high noise levels requiring hearing protection.
- Use hands and fingers to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
