Job Summary:

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist your manager in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the manager for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
* Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
* Support the manager in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
* Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
* Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests

Qualifications:
* Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
* Experience working with children with ASD Excellent project management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
