To improve health and human services systems of care and business operations to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential.

Key priorities include:

Support the CFO on all accounting, budgeting, planning, treasury, compliance, and internal control needs associated with the Company’s growing list of clients and projects.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Finance & Accounting function and support key strategic initiatives to help enhance the financial, compliance, and control infrastructure.

Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop seven Finance & Accounting team members.

Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with senior management.

The successful candidate will bring:

A minimum of eight years of experience in accounting or financial management (or equivalent) with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, reporting standards, and audit engagements (or equivalent).

Experience with treasury, budgeting/financial modeling, and/or financial software/ERP systems preferred.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
