Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Experience:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
License:
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Must-Have:
- ACLS Certification
- Winter Plan Need: Yes
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and intervene as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to manage complex patient cases.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in patient documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Two years of recent ICU nursing experience.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
- CCRN certification preferred.
- Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is preferred.
