Senior Field Recruiter

The McCoy Group has an opening for a Senior Field Recruiter based out of our corporate office in Dubuque, IA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Partner with managers to determine staffing needs and deliver the best talent

Recruit, interview, and screen candidates

Maintain relationships with internal and external clients

Attend career and job fairs, and build relationships with schools

Complete monthly reports as required

Stay current with company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices

Market the Company to applicable resources and educate them on McCoy Group opportunities

Represent the Company in a professional manner

In conjunction with your department:

Enforce and practice all safety, quality, and operational policies

Optimize employee performance.

Maintain and promote a positive attitude.

Any other duties as delegated by management

Qualifications:

Ability to travel as needed

Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills

Must be accurate with tracking and reporting

Must be skilled in relationship building

Must be skilled in working with confidential information

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Recruiting experience preferred, but not required

Present neat, clean, professional appearance of self and equipment

Work hours required to perform essential functions of the job, including weekends and evenings

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, and Outlook email
