The Production Engineer will develop, maintain, and implement all BOM's, Drawings, and Part Numbers for the Boerne, TX location's activities. They will oversee the documentation required to repeatedly source components and build the catalog of offerings from that location, mainly the lube oil service equipment they manufacture there. All drawings and assembly models will be in SolidWorks. This position is designed to increase revenue for Conco and to ensure that all Industrial customers' standards and expectations are exceeded on every job.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

•Created All Drawings required for the Engineering Department - General Assembly, P&ID, and Detailed Parts Drawings.
•Create a Bill of Material Drawings with a Material List required to be input into Accounting Software to determine the exact cost of a system.
•Utilize basic Allen Bradley PLC Programming, VFD Programming, and Electrical Sensor Scaling with an I/O interface.
•Create Detailed System Manuals to help operators in the field.
•Provide detailed drawings to help streamline shop production.
•Help Manage Manufacturing and provide Safe and Efficient System Testing Procedures.
•Can do attitude in technical problem solving of filtration systems.
•Assist Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing in their needs.

High proficiency in managing and organizing information and data from multiple sources.
Must be able to produce well-written and detailed reports.

Ability to travel and physically capable of performing project walk-downs throughout North America in our customers' facilities.

Experience & Education

Professional or Technical Degree in some type of Engineering Discipline.
Create 3D Model Drawings in Solid Works.
Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, Mathematics, Science, Physics, Fluid Mechanics, pressure and flow calculations, and basic fluid power knowledge.
An equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience with EPA, OSHA, DOE, NRC, and other industry laws and regulations (Highly preferred).
