Social Media SupervisorWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Supervisor to join our team. The Social Media Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing our social media department, managing the team, and ensuring the successful execution of social media strategies for our clients. This position requires a thorough understanding of social media platforms and strategies, coupled with strong leadership skills for guiding a team effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:Develop and execute strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.Proactively address client needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Handle and resolve client criticisms and concerns related to social media strategy.Manage social media for assigned clients.Oversee all social media accounts managed by the team, ensuring adherence to best practices.Spearhead the use of reporting software to track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports for clients.Review and approve all social media content produced by the team to ensure quality and consistency.Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in marketing, particularly in social media management, to inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership and Support:Set clear and achievable goals for team members, offering coaching, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth.Hold monthly team meetings to discuss relevant topics, share insights, and align on team goals.Perform comprehensive performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and recognition.Maintain a thorough understanding of the team's workload, projects, and deadlines, ensuring efficient workload management.Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, continuously improving processes and strategies.Formulate and implement scheduling strategies to effectively manage and address staffing deficiencies and absences.Troubleshoot technical issues related to social media platforms and tools.Qualifications:Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in social media management, showcasing expertise in developing and executing successful campaigns.Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns concurrently, delivering consistent and impactful results.Expertise in developing and managing paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content across all platforms.Management skills, including team leadership, project management, and strategic planning.Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing social media analytics tools.Familiarity with Google Ads.Creative mindset with a passion for exploring and implementing innovative social media strategies and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms.
