It is a 2nd shift position, however, requires full shift flexibility.

**This OEM is targeting candidates with four year degrees.**

**Job Description**

**Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the following:**

* Responsible for supervising all operations:

* Inbound, outbound, and claims processing

* Responsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to:

* Cover crews in supervisor's absence

* Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings

* Prepare/maintain work related records as needed

* Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation)

* Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best in class performance

**Work Environment**

Shift Flexible (running two shifts)

This is a very large Warehousing facility in which aftermarket parts and received, stored and eventually shipped out to dealerships around the country. There is a sheet metal operation, a standard warehousing operation and also a Dock operation which interfaces with all parts of the facility as this is where all incoming/outgoing parts are headed. Safety is the number one concern within this facility. Safety Vests and glasses are worn at all times while on the warehousing floor.
