Astrion has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level Unit Program Coordinator for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division. The successful candidate will assist the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF) fighter, bomber, airborne surveillance, and helicopter platforms.

JOB DETAILS:

LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL

JOB STATUS: Full Time

TRAVEL: Four times per year

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-10 years relevant experience
  • Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, expert attention-to-detail & highly organized
  • Knowledge of AF instructions and operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and assist by supporting, as required, other EW projects. This support shall include assistance in developing aircrew mission guides, MD development and threat system documents, EW reference documents, and EW study and analysis reports. Assist, as required, in the production of EW project documentation in electronic media formats.
  • Advise and assist in support of working groups, technical reviews, and other group activities, such as test plan working groups (TPWGs), project management reviews (PMRs), preliminary design reviews (PDRs), and critical design reviews (CDRs).
  • Advise and assistance while attending program meetings and make recommendations on technical and functional process matters and decisions.
  • Advise and assist in preparing and presenting technical status briefings documenting progress, accomplishments, and problem areas affecting defined task areas.
