We are looking for a Technical Project Manager on site Anaheim CA. to coordinate with the development team. The ideal candidate will have a

strong technical background coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and goals . This role requires effective project management skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a keen eye for aligning technical solutions with business objectives. **The project is related to energy efficient exterior upgrades for residential homes mainly in California, USA but expanding to other cities and countries like Mexico. ** Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and communicate project updates effectively. Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with development team to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, communicate them in a timely manner, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize impact on project delivery. Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop technical solutions that address business needs effectively. Team up with the development team efficiently, including business analyst and full-stack developer. Manage client expectations, time and budget, to support project objectives and maximize productivity. Run Quality Assurance Testing based on the backlog specified Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of technical solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork across all project stakeholders. Qualifications ** 2+ years of experience managing projects and analyzing businesses. ** Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or other iterative development frameworks. **Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho, Azure or Microsoft Project. ** Hands-on experience in software development or IT infrastructure. **Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. ** **Strong understanding of business principles, processes, and objectives, with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic business goals. ** **Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. ** Demonstrated leadership ability, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support project objectives. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Desired PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience levels:
