Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized Project Administrator professional to join our team as a Office Manager to assist our Chinle AZ/Farmington NM project.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
•Assist the Project Managers, Engineers with time card/time keeping employees
•Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
•Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
•Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
•Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
•Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
•Operate office equipment - fax, copiers and scanner.
•Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
•Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
•Assist with other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and PDF files
  • Knowledge with Civil Construction
  • Expereince with payroll/hr
  • Proficient with calculator and math
  • Must be very well organized and a self-starter
  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with all employees in a professional manner
  • High school or equivalent
