Technical Parts Lead

Plasser American is looking to add a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to the Aftermarket Sales Team. You will lead a team through the day-to-day navigation of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner and drive the change initiatives that are
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead/guide/direct the day to day operations of the Parts Team with a team of 3 individuals.
- Operate and become SME of the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers.
- Process Orders and quotation requests.
- Work directly with Parts Sales Manager for stocking program, kit initiation, project based requirements, and sourcing efforts.
- Attend weekly calls with Key Account Customers to provide status or follow-up on their requirements.
- Manage and follow-up on customer concerns with accurate and timely responses.
Qualifications
- Strong Organization and Communication Skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Excel
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical documents
Education/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing/heavy machinery.
- Minimum 5 years of Leadership/Supervisor Experience.
- Bachelors Degree
