**Description**
**Position Title: Branch Manager**
**Reports To: Senior Branch Manager/Regional Branch Manager/Market President**
**Responsibilities:**
* Coaching the team to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, and the process of referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen customer relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
* Maintaining knowledge and educating team on all products, services, technology and policies.
* Maintaining an active role in the community and developing business and community relationships.
* Managing the operations of the branch and ensuring adherence to all operations, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Pursues personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for this position.
* Hires, supervises, motivates, evaluates, communicates and deals effectively with staff.
* Handles customer correspondence, complaints and inquiries.
* Develops new retail banking and community focused relationships to generate new business.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
**Education/Experience**
* Prior supervisory experience required
* Lending experience is preferred
* High School Diploma required
* Bachelor degree desired but not required
* Isabella University graduates are encouraged to apply

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
