Job Description: This position is responsible for performing Project Control activities and/or supervising the overall Administration of the Deltek Cobra cost application for the project. This role serves as Senior Control Team Leader on medium-sized projects or as a Subject Manager Expert (SME) for the entire Project Controls Team in the Regional Office. This role may serve as lead cost, lead planner/scheduler, lead progress, or lead change management on large-sized projects. - As subject matter expert, contribute direction as needed for the total Project Controls program on projects and or lead one of the Project Controls' functions. - As subject matter expert, develop and train Project Controls teammates with process and procedures for project execution. -Develop new processes and procedures for clients to meet specific program guidelines -Design and develop system implementation plan from data discovery to project rollout - Supervise and manage the system implementation which includes trouble shooting issues. - As subject matter expert, analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management. - As subject matter expert, analyze the impacts of change management and provide narrative to the implications to cost and or scheduling - Develop and lead the reporting efforts for the cost application - Support cost reviews and reporting associated with project profit recognition as well as provide evaluation of opportunities with management - Other duties as assigned Job ID: 144423BR City: Aiken State: South Carolina Country: United States We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
