Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on various machinery including ovens, presses, CNC machines, and injection molding equipment. The role involves working with PLCs, robotics, and auxiliary equipment, requiring both electrical and mechanical expertise. Responsibilities: Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on ovens, presses, hydraulic/pneumatics, robots, CNC machines, and injection molding machines. Perform PLC troubleshooting using a laptop. Handle electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3 phase and down to 24v AC/DC. Execute mechanical troubleshooting including hydraulics, pneumatics, and secondary machinery equipment like motors and pumps. Engage in robotics work involving Motoman, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi systems. Maintain and troubleshoot injection mold and compression equipment. Provide own tools for the maintenance work. Why Work Here? This work is 40-50 hours a week, right in Findlay, OH on 3rd shift Relaxed, super clean, and cool environment. Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Findlay, OH. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $69,389.00 - $71,469.00/yr. Climate controlled - air conditioned in summer - very clean environment- not dirty at all - smaller shop, family type atmosphere -- maintenance team is very close knit and work well together, love to help each other out - 1st month after hired they are eligible for benefits. Full medical, dental vision, 401, short term and long term disability, accidental death (401k match is 1/2 match up to 3% so if they put in 6% comp matches 3%) - profit sharing program paid out annually - attendance bonus - paid out every 4 months (ranges from $200-$700 depending on earnings, if they work OT they get paid out more) - another annual attendance bonus paid out at end of year if they have no unexcused absences the whole year - PTO - 2 weeks yearly and increases from there - boot allowance $125/year -- Grainger comes on site every October and they get to pick out boots - safety glasses reimbursement for $100 Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Findlay, OH.
