Supervisor/Manager, Client Services

Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to physicians, nurses, and other health care associates through email, telephone, and fax assisting clients with patient laboratory information, questions, and results.
Minimum Qualifications : Associate degree in Arts/Science. Bachelor of Arts/Sciences preferred.
A minimum of 5-7 years relevant client services work experience associated with a medical/diagnostic laboratory, health care, pharmaceutical or related industry.
Two years as a supervisor/manager of a client services department required.
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional and courteous customer/client rapport, adept at keeping accurate correspondence records and logs.
Knowledge of clinical laboratory and/or healthcare processes.
Clinical trial and/or related experience desired.
Billing experience highly desired.
Essential Duties:
Partner across the organization with Clinical Laboratory, Sales/Marketing and Management team members to promote a patient/client focused experience aligned with the company vision and goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate exceptional active listening skills, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, SharePoint
Respond to client emails, phone calls and fax inquiries requesting information or results promptly and courteously.
Follow up with physician’s offices on missing requisition information and/or specimen issues.
Billing Support : Upload required data in to billing system, provide information to billing staff to respond to insurance and Medicare requests, contact providers to request additional information (ICD-10, medical records, etc.).
Sales and Marketing Support : Enter and maintain onboarding documents forwarded by sales team, coordinate with sales team for clinician inquiries, provide customer/outward facing materials to sales team as requested.
