Our Sales Associates are relationship builders who perform direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities to "Wow Our Customers" and help grow our business. Our customers relate best to our Sales Associates who take an enthusiastic approach, possess great communication skills and display a genuine interest in their circumstances.

Primary Duties include:

Building authentic customer relationships that drive sales

Generating new business by implementing community marketing strategies

In-store, telephone, field and Internet-based sales

Showroom merchandising

Reviewing lease agreements and options with customers

Following up on new business leads

Our Sales Associate works a scheduled 40-45-hour work week, 5 days per week (No Sundays) and receives overtime pay. The position is also eligible for a very rich sales commissions program for new sales and team performance bonuses, where the exceptional associate can earn an additional $10K per year. Base pay is $15 -$17 per hour with total earnings potential up to 50K, based on experience and performance.

Additional Requirements:

At least 21 years old

High Energy with ability to perform all functions of the store & multi-task effectively

Ability to work varying hours between 40-48 hours per week

Strong relationship building skills

Proficient computer skills

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. unassisted

Preferred Qualifications:

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Prior Sales experience
