Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Desktop Support Engineer position for a Healthcare company that

drives better health outcomes by uniting technology and clinical relationships through a connected healthcare network.

This is an exciting opportunity to

assist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of company computer systems.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups. Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent downtime.
Assist in the deployment of new systems, including hardware installation and software configuration. Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to TDS associates. Collaborate with senior administrators to plan and execute system projects.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on system performance, incident resolution, and user support metrics. Contribute to the development and improvement of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would bring the following:

Associate degree or relevant certification in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
5+ years of desktop support experience
MAC or iOS knowledge/support is a must
Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
Must have experience coordinating desktop refresh related projects
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
