Warehouse Associate

This person is responsible for accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as housekeeping of assigned areas. Complies with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies. Operates warehouse equipment including power equipment. Possesses a required understanding of job tasks assigned. This role responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution. The person will resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicate the solutions or requested information to the customer. This positions will analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. The Sales Manager will lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives to aggressively prospect and drive new sales within the local area. This position will provide strategic leadership for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The Sales Manager will have responsibility for the location meeting its revenue and expense plan. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, this position is based in the warehouse and is a critical role to the success of our business. This role will be highly visible and expected to be an expert in order prioritization and routing. This person performs work with a higher level of responsibility then Senior Warehouse Associate.
