POSITION OVERVIEW: Senior Client Advisors (SCA) are the top sellers in the store and market. SCAs are natural relationship builders with outstanding commercial ability, guiding each client through the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of their needs and lifestyle while creating long-term value for clients and the company. The Senior Client Advisor strives to achieve individual and team results and, at times responsible for acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD). The SCA coaches and guides the sales team, sharing skills and knowledge while also ensuring the store operations are being executed to brand standard, including floor coverage. The SCA is not responsible for Performance Management with the primary focus being driving sales.
