Choose Three Rivers and start your life-changing journey today.JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, completes all activity therapy programming, from assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, to discharge planning, as assigned.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess patient to interpret reason for admission, strengths and weaknesses in the areas of cognitive abilities, socialization skills, leisure skills, motor development and physical/mental condition within 72 hours of admission. Develops, implements and delivers a well versed therapeutic program for each population served.Document patient progress in a therapeutic group setting on a daily basis.
