Job Description:
- Serve as central point of contact for all incoming customer calls/emails
- Address customer questions/concerns as much as possible
- Delegate to appropriate individual/group if unable to address
- Log customer calls and report out weekly
- Assist schedulers with proactive customer contacts throughout job scheduling process
- Provide clear guidance for customers on pre-job requirements (ex. Inspection due dates, physical work to be complete before work is executed, setting up new meter account, etc.)
- Schedule customer appointments, issue reminders/confirmations
- Maintain log of all communications to report out weekly
- Provide other scheduler assistance as needed
- Assist in creating work packets
- Assist in processing bundled job cards
- Remove job holds once verified
- Create IVR appointments
- Assist in WO close out
- Schedule temp disconnects
- Investigate property damage claims and schedule work if client liability is determined
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
