Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability in the food and beverage department, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members in the food and beverage department, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff, to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients, products, and beverages.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate action to address variances and achieve financial targets.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and events, to coordinate food and beverage services for special events, conferences, and group bookings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our food and beverage offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.
