Minimum Requirements & QualificationsMust be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (in accordance with federal, state, local law), some of which include, but are not limited to, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. An employee has the potential to earn 2-8%, based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Active employees have six (6) possible metrics by which commissions can be earned. Additionally, employees have the potential to achieve commission payout multipliers of up to four times (4x), based on five (5) specific store metrics.
