Reconcile bank, credit card and other billing statements. Maintain accurate and complete accounting records and files. Assist with the month-end close (adjusting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.) Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations. Research and analyze expense variances for company management. Assist with the annual audit process including preparing the draft of the financial statements and related notes. Assist with establishing, modifying, documenting, and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures/processes. Assist other departments and collaborate with cross-functional teams” Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in lieu of education 3+ years of professional accounting experience including substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines. An analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Expert spreadsheet abilities Knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Sage Intacct a plus Ability to work with confidential information with maturity and integrity.
