Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Implementation Project Manager Location: Hybrid onsite- Milwaukee, WI - Must by HYBRID ONSITE Duration: 6 months - 2 years W2 ONLY , US Citizen or Green Card Required.

Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive project success. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project or similar tools. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and functional teams to address project issues and risks. Interface with boundary systems, both functionally and technically, to ensure smooth integration with SAP systems. Utilize SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology to plan, execute, and deliver SAP projects effectively. Demonstrate executive presence and effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation and/or SAP SuccessFactors HCM experience, with a focus on project management and implementation. Broad SAP expertise across multiple functional areas, with functional knowledge in 2-3 specific modules. Proven project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Familiarity with boundary system interfacing, both functional and technical aspects. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools. Strong understanding of SDLC methodology and its application to SAP projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
