Data Entry Clerk Location: Indio, CA Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently. Key Responsibilities Input and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy. Verify and review data for errors, making necessary corrections. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records. Retrieve and manage data for reports and presentations. Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and management. Assist in administrative tasks as needed. Answer phones, check in deliveries, attend walk-in traffic (very light) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
