At Mancomm, we're looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and designers to architect, design, and develop intuitive and impactful user experiences. Your initial focus will be on enhancing our flagship products, Regs2Go and RegLogic, which are designed to streamline the navigation and understanding of complex regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs and design teams to create smart, user-centric solutions. Develop and implement front-end architecture for web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and ReactNative. Utilize MaterialUI for designing and Material components; knowledge of Vite is advantageous. Deploy mobile applications to Apple and Google Play app stores, ensuring high performance and compliance with all guidelines. Deliver production-quality applications featuring localization, logging, tracing, automated testing, and theme support. Integrate solutions into a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, maintaining high code quality through adherence to design patterns. Select and validate technologies to build scalable and flexible solutions. Engage in continuous iterative processes in an agile environment to enhance user experience. Mentor team members, promote collaborative efforts, and drive a design-led workflow. Manage multiple projects with high efficiency and communicate progress through company Slack channels and during SME and technical meetings.

What We’re Looking For: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, MaterialUI, and ReactNative. A results-oriented individual with a readiness to take on challenges and deliver on commitments. Experience in deploying applications to app stores and integrating with CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A commitment to mentoring others and driving excellence through collaboration and design leadership.
