JOB SUMMARY:

This position will interact directly with the CTO and global senior engineering staff. The primary responsibility is to manage collection, documentation and reporting of key engineering metrics. The candidate filling this position must:

  • have experience collecting and reporting quantitative data
  • keep detailed documentation, and
  • have excellent time management and communication skills to interact with senior leadership in order to ensure that quality metrics are collected and reported on time
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leadership: own the responsibility of collection and reporting of key engineering metrics for the global engineering organization
  • Communication: establish and maintain communication across the global engineering organization, up to and including senior engineering staff and the CTO to ensure proper information flow
  • Schedule: Ensure consistent metrics reporting occurs as defined by the existing time architecture
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Technical Undergraduate Degree required. PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience in Program Management
  • Strong business acumen, drive and sense of accountability to deliver results.
  • Organized, structured way of working, applying a holistic view with attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
