About the Physical Therapist - Clinical Director Role In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team Foster a supportive, mission-driven clinic culture Drive exceptional patient outcomes through direct care Implement clinic growth strategies and community outreach Manage performance, scheduling, and operational goals Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction Requirements (Must-Haves) Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or through the PT Compact Program Graduate of an accredited PT program recognized by APTA Minimum of 2 years as a PT (preferred) CPR/BLS certification (preferred) Applications that do not meet these minimum qualifications will not be reviewed.
