Job DescriptionRole Designation:- Technology LeadInfosys is seeking a Enterprise Technology QA Lead playing a Retail Lab QA with 5 years of Retail testing experience. The chosen candidate will understand the lab hardware and software applications related to retail operating systems and will ensure the quality of the retail systems with the help of industry best practices. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project location.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:Accountable for testing deliverables on Retail lab such as POS, Commander, Backoffice systems, Loyalty, Payments, Hardware and Software Version upgrades, Integrating applicationsDevelop and implement QA strategies to meet project goalsEnsure efficient testing processes and adherence to QA standardsCreate defect reports for problems discovered during testing with detailed steps, screenshots, error logs (as applicable) and test data details.Collaborate with cross functional teams supporting the Retail labsProvide progress, status reports on QA activities and metrics to track QA performanceUpdate the regression test suite for the new test cases added as per planned releasePerform regression testing around fixed defects to validate the defect resolutionRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least years 4 years of experience in Information Technology.Experience in IT and Retail testing.Must have skills:At least 5years of Retail testing experience in POS systems, Backoffice Systems, Loyalty, Payments etc.Familiarity with testing enterprise applicationsPreferred SkillsExperience in Oil and Gas domain preferably in DownstreamExperience with automation tools and techniquesThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
