We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Marketing Manager to join our team in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in executing successful B2C marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost studio memberships and sales. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Planning: Execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters. Oversee the development and execution of digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets. Customer Engagement: Implement loyalty programs and referral incentives to increase customer retention and advocacy. Plan and execute events, workshops, and promotions to engage with the local community and attract new customers. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Utilize data to optimize marketing strategies and improve future campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry. Experience in a franchise organization preferred. Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
