We are looking for a Technical Account Director who can also act as a project manager for complex projects and assist our sales team by performing technical pre-sales support for our clients and prospects. Specific responsibilities include: Technical Account Management

Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers by meeting with them on a consistent basis Recognize opportunities by understanding our customers business needs and technical challenges Provide our customers with solutions that align with our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Project Management Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects to our customers Ensure projects meet the agreed upon scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and handle change requests Assist sales team in preparing proposals, demos, presentations, and proofs of concepts for potential customers Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team and potential customers during the sales cycle Technical proposal review to ensure solutions are accurate and complete Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time Required Skills/Experience BA-BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience

Minimum 5-years’ experience in a technical account management, project management, or pre-sales support role in a technology company Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong technical knowledge and skills in infrastructure, cloud computing, and security Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and attend events Hands-on work style with great communication skills while being a team player and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
