Required to plan, establish, revise goals, contact physician at appropriate times. Perform Discharge Planning and promote Occupational Therapy through staff and community. This is a nonexempt position. The OT reports directly to the Director of Rehab Services under the Administrative Division.Full time, 80 hours per pay period. Day Shift. At KSB, we are committed to transparency in our pay practices and publish the range of pay (minimum and maximum) for each position. Offered pay rates will be determined by education, experience, and equity with current team members. Range is $32.85 to $50.28We are looking for a therapist who loves working as part of a multidisciplinary team and with other experienced clinicians. Our current opening has a caseload of approximately 50% pediatric outpatients and 50% adult inpatient and homecare. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced clinician, and we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be the graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.Must be eligible for licensure or licensed by the State of Illinois to practice O.T.Certified with NBCOT. Biennial CPR certification.AOTA membership recommended.Must be willing to work with patients in HHC, hospital outpatient/inpatient, contract facilities, and at satellite clinics.Must have dependable transportation to provide service for HHC, contracts, and satellite clinics.Must be able to work effectively with staff and patients.Must have above average customer service.May be required to provide services on weekends and holidays and work overtime.Let's talk about Tuition Reimbursement OpportunitiesQualificationsThe following section contains standards of behavior for which all employees are responsible.
