Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in the filtration industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist the Operations department. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-driven, with superior customer service and excellent communication abilities. Dedicated to delivering unparalleled service, the new team member will uphold outstanding service standards by ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $13-15/hr.

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position : Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Process and acknowledge all incoming sales orders
  • Create sales order documentation such as labels, job travelers, packing lists, etc
  • Process and follow-up on all outgoing orders
  • ????? Prepare documentation for customer shipments such as bill of ladings, airway bills, pro forma invoice, etc
  • Regularly prepare and submit all completed sales orders for invoicing
  • Responsible for filing and scanning
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Perform any other duties as requested
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • At least one year in an office setting preferred
  • At least one year using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) preferred
