CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPromote a safe and healthy school environment for students and staff; contribute to a positive work/learning environment; serve as an active participant within the school teamAssess the health status of children, providing appropriate care; identify those with health problems, referring accordinglyMonitor, promote and ensure immunization in compliance with Ohio State LawMonitor infection control issues within the school communityProvide health screening; making referrals to appropriate agencies.
