•Support the Company's mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.

•Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate.

•Direct materials department process improvements, corrective actions and team problem solving activities.

•Responsible for all internal and external material flow to ensure just in time delivery.

•Develop and drive the development of departmental strategy and goals along with identifying and tracking key measurable to support the goals.

This full-time role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Plant Manager.

Required experience:

•Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business, or equivalent experience.

•Minimum five to seven years experience as a Materials Manager, preferably in a metals environment or equivalent experience.

•QAD Experience required

•Possess knowledge of plant department functions and corresponding roles and interact to facilitate overall plant synergy.

•APICS certification desirable.
