    • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  5. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project schedules and outcomes.
    • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety protocols during project execution.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

  7. Team Leadership and Mentoring:

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Food) or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role within the food manufacturing industry (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of food processing, packaging, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP) and their application in food production processes.
