Telework Eligible Yes Major Duties Provide advisory services to agency management regarding enterprise-wide impact of Order Fulfillment functional process performance issues that require coordination with process analysts and subject-matter specialist throughout the enterprise. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate enterprise-wide implementation of accepted proposals for improving KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure the Order Fulfillment functional process area is meeting its performance targets. Provide expert guidance to lower level BPAs on the interpretation and application of enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment processes and procedures. Work with the Process Owners and the appropriate Customer or Supplier Operations organizations to ensure appropriate measurement criteria are established, and that oversight procedure for new logistics functional process initiatives are implemented. Conduct and/or lead analysis and investigation of issues impacting the Enterprise Business System (EBS) Order Fulfillment process. Develop and coordinate new/revised processes, procedures and business rules and audits business for compliance. Consolidate detailed written reports containing concise findings and innovative recommendations for improving enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment functional process and policy effectiveness, and system performance. Qualification Summary To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst, your qualifications must include: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, specialized experience must be at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Investigating Order Fulfillment process issues and developing innovated solutions. Identifying and developing Order Fulfillment process-specific performance data. Serving an expert analyst and advisor to the Process Owner and other senior agency management on Order Fulfillment functional program/process improvement initiatives. Developing and implementing of policies and procedures for the Order Fulfillment process area. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
