We are looking for a business analyst to join our growing team of data & advanced analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for driving of our continued growth and success. With the commitment to innovation, business analyst evaluates the current business processes, identifies area of improvement, and helps organizations improve processes and systems for the efficiency and productivity. The candidate conducts research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and introduce these solutions to businesses and end users. Job Description:

Objectives of this role

Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
Define and deliver metrics, reporting documents, dashboards, and advanced analytics for tracking and managing the business
Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects
Work cross functionally with other business units to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization by raising concerns and solutions to address them and solving issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with technical resources, business resources and business owners to create and maintain project-based dashboards or ad-hoc analysis as needed using a business intelligence tool (Microsoft Power BI) to provide actionable business insights and impactful reports
Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes
Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, creative designs, operations, product development, etc. to build scalable processes and metrics
Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
Responsible for gathering and cleaning of datasets across multiple data sources
Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organizations data system
Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Power BI, etc.
Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
Effective communication and presentation at senior levels of the organization
Strong data analysis skills - ability to identify, analyze and integrate various large complex data sources (Internal and external data providers) into a readily consumable data product
Problem solver who pays strong attention to detail
Demonstrating critical thinking and consulting experience
Comfortable with leadership roles and able to assist teams with collaboration of projects
Programming experience in Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, C, C++, or similar programming languages
Experience with SQL RDBMS, Power BI DAX, or data visualization tools
Experience with Rest API or SP- SPI
Experience with version control tools and platforms such as Git and GitHub
Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis
