They are in an aggressive growth mode, providing an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the financial reporting and corporate accounting departments, managing day-to-day activities and supervising a large team. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of financial statements, variance analysis, and related schedules; lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with senior management. Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings, including footnotes, schedules, and relevant disclosures. Coordinate and manage the external reporting process, including compliance filings, quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and earnings call scripts. Collaborate with independent auditors to facilitate quarterly reviews and the annual audit, ensuring compliance with GAAP, SEC guidelines, and SOX controls.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required. 12+ years of experience in financial reporting and corporate accounting, with significant experience in a

public company environment. Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a large team. Strong technical accounting skills, including experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842, and a solid understanding of GAAP and SEC guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate with the executive team.
