1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.00/hr

Requirements: To excel in this role, previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required, enabling you to handle inquiries and transactions effectively while delivering exceptional service.

Job Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include listening attentively to customers' questions and concerns and providing informative responses that address their needs. You will give detailed information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. Additionally, you will take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments accurately.
